May 16th saw a group of artists band together to form the Artisans on Main Gallery. Situated in the beautiful town of Montague, we are located in a prime area next to the Post Office on Main Steet. It is a pretty town and services many small villages and communities in the southeastern part of Prince Edward Island.

It was quite a challenge to get a bunch of artists who did not necessarily even know each other to form such a partnership but we have and already I have made friends with some who I know will likely be in my life forever.

We have painters in oil, watercolour and acrylic, hookers, quilters, photographers, sculptors, and jewellry makers. Such a wonderful, diverse group and all drawn together by a passion to create.
