The storm is over and the sun is setting in the sky but the ocean is still alive and telling us that she still rules. It's a good thing that this little dory was tied down or it would have been hauled out to sea by the large waves beating on the shore.
This painting is a friend I re-visited. A number of years ago I painted the same scene; I wanted to see it done again.
