The Hope Festival 2017

The Prince Edward Island Preserve Company in New Glasgow on a very rainy day in July 2017. Plein air painters gathered to paint on site to raise money for the Gardens of Hope ( https://preservecompany.com/blogs/gardens-of-hope ). I was situated in the parking lot until the wind and rain forced me to re-locate.
